Education plays a pivotal role in reducing social inequality and providing marginalized communities with access to economic and social opportunities. However, systemic disparities in educational access and quality persist across race, class, gender, and other demographic categories. This paper explores the ways in which social inequality manifests in educational systems, the barriers faced by marginalized groups in accessing quality education, and the initiatives aimed at bridging these gaps. It also evaluates the role of policy, community engagement, and systemic reforms in addressing these disparities. Ultimately, the paper argues that inclusive and equitable education is key to dismantling social inequality and fostering a more just society.
